Dr. La Mastra is super cool and amazing, especially for someone who has dental phobia like me. I've been with him for years and followed him to his new place recently. He did my implant and crown which was a great experience. Dr. La Mastra is caring and I feel relaxed when he enters the room. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. His assistant Cindy is fun and conversational, my hygienist Cindy (same name) makes teeth cleaning comfortable and informative when it comes to oral care and Parker at the front desk makes you feel like family. I came to Texas 11 years ago and have been using Dr. Hamlett ever since. He has done extensive work in my mouth including restoration after having implant. I am not an easy patient to work on since I have a fear of dentist. Dr. Hamlett and his staff have always taken this into account and handled me with extra care and compassion. Top level professional dental hygienist provided expert teeth cleaning and polishing services with doctor participation in review of x-rays and status of my teeth. Impressive display of sanitary conditions throughout the office and treatment areas including the precautions taken by my hygienist to protect me and her from any possible virus transmission. Overall, a five star visit to my dentist. Left to go home with a big smile on my face. More
Great experience for me - had all my old metal fillings replaced (cavities under every one of them) and some restorative work. Dental chickens take note that they are licensed for everything from local numbing to full-sedation dentistry. Good bunch More

Though other dentists had told me it couldn't be done and veneers were required, Dr. Hamlett and RDA Stephany, skillfully worked to rebuild my smile. The results far exceeding expectations. ATMOSPHERE: The constellation of super bowl stars earned by the team begins when you enter the front door into Hamlett's well crafted theatre. The collectable art, décor and music throughout the office transcends "guests" into a feeling of being in a dream world where good things happen. I was having difficult cosmetic work performed so pleased to see the Dr. had an eye for fine art and aesthetics. RECEPTION/BUSINESS: Parker knows how to greet her guests and showed a lot of grace and professionalism handling an apprehensive patient with poor prior experiences at the DDS office. CLEANING BY DH: Having my teeth cleaned by DH, Cindy, was like a cub being cradled by a mother bear. While she is performing her craft, she's distracting you with soothing words and genuine interest of her patient grasping how to better take care of their teeth between visits. DR. HAMLETT: I believe there are some people and places Our Maker spent more time creating. Dr. Hamlett's understated warm Southern manner is not representative of most Masters of craft, particularly Doctors. He took a talent bestowed in him and I believe, was dead set on working every day towards being the worlds best Dentist with the greatest Team in the finest theatre. I desperately needed it repaired and thankfully was quickly led to Dr. La Mastra. He and his staff were so reassuring, kind, efficient, and professional. The procedure to create a temporary crown was actually quite pleasant (no pain at all), and the end result is so natural looking (and even better than before!). "A Royal Treatment for My Tooth!" "My recent visit to the dentist was a surprisingly pleasant affair – a true 'royal treatment' for my broken tooth. The mission? Fitting a crown, and boy, did they roll out the red carpet for it! From the get-go, Dr. La Mastra and staff showcased professionalism wrapped in a blanket of friendliness. Their smiles were as reassuring as the comfortable chair I was promptly seated in. It was less of a dentist appointment and more of a tooth's day out. As for the main act – the crowning – it was executed with such skill that I almost felt like royalty, minus the fanfare. Painless, efficient, and smoother than I ever imagined. I was in and out before I could even think of a good tooth pun! Big kudos to the team for making what I thought would be a 'grueling' experience into something I can smile about. I can't say enough kind words about Dr. La Mastra and the entire staff! I used to absolutely dread going to the dentist until I started going here a couple years ago. What stood out to me the most versus my previous dentists, is that they took a consultative approach to fixing my teeth. They laid out the options with pros and cons of each so that I could make an informed decision. I can't tell you how much I appreciated this. I did move forward with getting veneers and whitening my lower teeth. This is where I had the opportunity to see how incredible the entire team is. All of them have amazing personalities and I truly enjoy visiting with them every time I go in there. Oh, and I had never received compliments on my smile until now. He is a perfectionist and will make sure your smile is beautiful. Dr. La Mastra improved my smile and bite with Invisalign at 58 years old and I'm glad I did since it will also help the health of my gums, my daughter is currently in Invisalign, it was so easy to get started with her. My other child had bonding to improve her smile. The office is very clean, welcoming and comfortable. Everyone who works there is sooooo friendly, they will put you in a good mood no matter how your day is going. I've been seeing Dr. Hamlett for ~30 years. I broke one of my teeth when I was 8 and he hand shaped a temporary plaster cap for it. I am 35 now. I still have it. It is indestructible. It will probably be an artifact in a museum a thousand years from now. He's very good at what he does. You can find cheaper but you can't find better. More
